Today we got word from the orphanage that everyone in this city (people at the orphanage and government officials) agrees that we can adopt Bella. They are submitting her paperwork early next week with letters included that recommend us to adopt her. Yea!!! Continue to pray that all goes smoothly and that we are officially matched with her according to the government really soon.
Bella and I will also go back to the hospital tomorrow to see a doctor. Last week she had an MRI as part of her check-ups for adoption, and they said that all is normal. So, I asked if that meant that she wouldn't need any more of the IV's to stimulate brain development. The answer was that she needed to see this doctor and that he will decide. Pray for a favorable decision!
